Shop for a Cause: Macy’s 25% discount tickets benefit Operation Shoebox New Jersey
Macy’s stores in Bridgewater, South Plainfield, Edison and all stores throughout New Jersey are helping to raise money for Operation Shoebox New Jersey.
Every Macy’s store nationwide on Aug. 27, 2011 is offering a 25 percent discount to help benefit local charities, foundations and non-profit organizations.
To be eligible for the discount, shoppers must purchase $5 tickets, which are good throughout the store from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. that day and must be presented to cashiers when making a purchase.
Tickets are available from Operation Shoebox New Jersey volunteers and can be ordered by phone at (908) 698-0333.
The sale applies to all regular, sale and clearance items, including home – savings also apply to brands usually excluded from sales promotions. Save on women’s, men’s, and kids’ apparel and accessories, fine, bridge and fashion jewelry, bed & bath items, housewares, frames, luggage, china, crystal & silver, all kitchen & personal care, with 10 percent savings offered on electrics & technology items, furniture, mattresses and rugs/floor coverings. Some exclusions do apply. Details are on the reverse side of the $5 ticket.
