In this application, the applicant [driver] appears to have, on the evidence, had complete control over how he intended to provide the services he provided. 18 Definitions contained in these link terms (including parts A, B and C), unless the context requires something else: account balance is the sum of all payments (and other amounts) charged to the Linkt rental account, net of fees, fees, taxes, taxes or other amounts refunded to the Linkt rental account. Commercial client: an organization, partnership, trust company, government department or agency, individual contractor or any other business or organization that holds a Thrifty business account for the purpose of leasing a vehicle and is linked to a Linkt rental account. The consumer customer is a consumer, a member of the public or another person who rents a vehicle (including for business purposes) and charges daily tolls and fees with a nominated card, including anyone who rents a vehicle through a Thrifty business account under which tolls and fees must be paid by the tenant and not by the commercial customer. Credit providers have the meanings of the 1988 Privacy Act (Cth).
Credit-related information is credit information, credit information and credit reporting information, which are defined in the Data Protection Act 1988 (Cth). Credit Reporting Agency refers to a company that conducts a credit reporting activity within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1988 (Cth). Head, Transport for Victoria refers to the organization of this name created under Section 64A of the Transportation Integration Act 2010 (Vic). the individual is anyone, including a licensed driver or a designated cardholder.
The beneficiaries of the destination are: (a) the credit institutions; b) associated contractors; (c) any bank, financial institution or clearing house; (d) Linkt`s professional advisors, including legal advisors, accountants and other specialized advisors; (e) driver`s licence and vehicle registration services, law enforcement agencies, public safety authorities, road authorities and lawyers in connection with car accidents; (f) owners and other toll road operators; and (g) persons providing services to one of the organizations covered by paragraphs (a) to f) of this definition.
