In the event of a change or application of a law in India or an interpretation of existing legislation in India after the date of this Agreement, which results in additional costs or savings for the Contractor as a result of its activities under the Agreement, the Instructing Party shall reimburse such costs to the Contractor or the Contractor agrees to a reduction in the daily rate: in order to reflect these savings, and both parties will discuss and agree on how the contractor or procuring entity is to be compensated for such additional costs or savings actually incurred. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the tariffs of this Agreement shall remain unchanged for a period of one year, after which the conditions shall remain the same, but the rates shall be revised to take account of inflationary increases which must be duly justified by the Contractor. . . .
