My name is LT John Majewski. I'm a NJ native (Somerville '98) and am currently serving in Iraq (at Forward Operating Base Taji - about 15 miles north of Baghdad) with the 172nd Stryker Brigade. I would just like to thank everyone from Operation Shoebox. Our Battalion received numerous packages - all filled with some really great stuff for the soldiers. Your generosity and support is not overlooked. Each and every soldier who has benefited from your program is very grateful. And on behalf of them (most of whom don't have the same level of access to the internet to write e-mails like me) - I'd like to thank you.
