Dear Bernards High School Students: On behalf of our son, Captain Temple Andrew Ratcliffe, we would like to thank you for your generous contributions to American troops in Iraq. Andrew informs us that he has distributed many boxes to Air Force personnel at Balad, and that the reminder will be sent to FOB (Forward Operating Bases) where soldiers stationed in more remote regions will put all donations to good use.
