E-Mail from Sgt. Corey Miller

To Operation Shoebox volunteers:
Thank you very much for the care packges that you sent to me. The guys in my platoon as well as me are enjoying the goodies.
When I was home for R&R I went to the Somerville Street Fair and gave you my address. I have five more months left on my 15-month deployment. I am a 2000 grad of Bridgewater Raritan High School and am stationed out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division. This is the second time that I have been away from home during Christmas; two years ago I was in Iraq, now Afghanistan.
Organizations like yours really make a difference to everybody over here. The contents of the packages is a good selection of much of the stuff that we always use. Thank you very much.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Sincerely,
Sgt. Corey Miller
