Dear Mr. Hirsch, I received 3 huge boxes from Operation Shoebox New Jersey, today. I am deployed with the 48th BCT out of Georgia, however I am one of the Yankees. I was extended to Afghanistan from Iraq in May. I belong to the New Jersey Guard. Thank you for your thoughts and caring. The boxes have been distributed to very thankful soldiers. V/R Louis R.
