I'll tell you a little about myself. I am 21 years old, I joined the Marine Corps straight out of high school. I have been in the Marines for three years. I've been stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Security Forces; Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Combat Engineer Battalion and Camp Virginia, Kuwait, working as the Assistant Camp Commandant. I was born in Ontario, Canada and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I joined the Marine Corps to see the world, defend our freedom and to give me a jump start on life. I have got a lot out of the Marine Corps, but after my 4-year contract is over I'm going to take my GI Bill and go to college. I plan to get a bachelors degree in Nuclear Engineering at North Carolina State University. I am married. I met my wife, Tiffany, while I was stationed in Guantanamo Bay. We have a cat named Sophie; we're wiating a couple of years to have kids. Tiffany is going to college to become a teacher and has one more year left. I miss my wife dearly so I write her a letter nearly every day. We get to talk on the telephone sometimes, but it isn't cheap so we don't talk for long. The sound of her voice almost brings me back home. I know it took a lot of time, money and energy to put together those packages. The way our Marines faces lit up to see an entire room filled with packages was priceless. Thank you for your unrelenting support. Simper Fidelis. Cpl. Everette O. Bryant, USMC Assistant Camp Commandant II IMEF FWD G-4 Camp Virginia, Kuwait
